Using the service
You must provide accurate account details, keep your credentials secure, and use Silva Talk Sasa only for lawful communications to recipients who reasonably expect your messages.
Messaging responsibilities
You are responsible for message content and recipient consent. Unsolicited, fraudulent, threatening, or unlawful messages are prohibited. We may suspend activity that risks recipients, networks, or the service.
Credits and delivery
SMS credits are prepaid in Kenyan shillings. A message may use multiple segments. Delivery depends on mobile networks and recipient availability; a submitted message is not a guaranteed delivery.
Availability and changes
We may maintain or update the service and pricing. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where practical.
