Failed or duplicate top-ups
If M-Pesa confirms a payment but credits do not appear, contact us with the receipt number. Verified failed or duplicate credits will be corrected or refunded to the original payment method.
Unused credits
Unused prepaid SMS credits are generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or where we cannot provide the service.
Sent messages
Charges for messages accepted for processing are not refundable solely because a handset was unavailable, a number was invalid, or a mobile network could not deliver the message.
Requesting help
Send your account email, phone number, M-Pesa receipt, amount, and transaction date to silvatechnexus@gmail.com. Do not share your M-Pesa PIN.
